Payment Policy
- We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking, UPI & Wallets for payments.
- All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your safety.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for personalized/customized products.
Shipping Policy
- We ship all over India using multiple trusted delivery channels.
- Customers usually receive their orders within 5–9 working days.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 days due to courier or regional delays.

Delivery Guidelines
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- If the customer is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin).
RTO & Re-shipment Policy
- Refunds are not applicable for RTO orders.
- Customers can request re-shipment with updated address and contact details.
- Re-shipment will be processed on the next working day after the parcel returns to our warehouse.
- Additional courier charges will apply for re-shipment.
