Read Gift Dil Se Terms & Condition Carefully

By placing an order on Giftdilse.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Customization

  • All products are personalized/custom-made based on customer inputs.
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified after the allowed update window (2 hours).

2. Payments

  • Payments must be completed online via Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking, UPI, or Wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized products.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped across India within 5–9 business days (maximum 20 days).
  • Delivery attempts: Up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned (RTO).

4. Replacement Policy

  • Refunds are not offered.
  • Replacement is possible only with valid 360° unboxing video proof submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • QC team approval is required before replacement is processed.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure correct details (address, pincode, mobile number). Incorrect details may lead to RTO, and re-shipment charges will apply.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs on Giftdilse.com are owned by the brand. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
